Teriyaki Steak with Hasselback Potatoes
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 steaks
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 200 g snow peas
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • Ketjap Manis sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD:


1. Cut the steaks into strips and place them in a marinade of soy sauce, olive oil and ketjap

2. Brush the mushrooms clean and cut them into quarters. Wash the snow peas and cut the onion into half-rings

3. Mix all the vegetables together with one tablespoon of olive oil

5. Make small incisions in the potatoes, but not all the way to the bottom

6. Put some oil between the incisions and sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper

7. Bake the potatoes in the Air fryer for 20 minutes at 190 degrees

8. Slide the potatoes to the side and place the vegetables and the meat in the middle. Bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees
