- Better Life endeavours to fulfill customer's orders as listed in the Order Acceptance by the delivery date as outlined in the table in Annex 1. If no estimated delivery date is specified, Better Life endeavours to deliver products within 48 hours to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Orders from Ajman will be delivered on Sundays. Orders from Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain will be delivered on Wednesdays and orders from Al Ain & Al Fujairah will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Better Life will inform the customer if the estimated delivery date cannot be met. Better Life shall not be liable for such delays which are out of our direct control.
The customer is only entitled to a refund in form of gift voucher if the product(s) that are returned are in the same condition (unused with unopened package) as received by the customer along with an original sales invoice and delivery note (if any).How to return a product:

We do not issue refunds: Customer may claim a credit note within 48 hours from the purchase date ONLY before delivery date. Credit notes to be used within 6 months to purchase other Better Life products.
