What is the cancellation policy for orders placed
online?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours by emailing our Customer Delight Centre customercare@betterlife.ae
and we will return the paid amount as a store credit.
What happens if I am not home to accept the order
delivery?
Our delivery team will confirm the delivery address/time before they dispatch the products. If the confirmed
details were given and the customer happens to be away, a charge ranging from AED 50 to AED 150, depending
on the area will be added on the next delivery schedule
Can I change my delivery address after placing the
order?
Yes you can. Before the product dispatch, our delivery team will confirm address/time of the delivery. And
during the delivery confirmation call, customers can change the delivery address.

We adhere to the highest standards of payment security. Our Payment Gateway is 3D secured and is Visa verified and MasterCard secured. Your credit card details are not stored on our website.
How many days does it take to deliver my order?
Delivery happens within 48 hours to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Orders from Ajman will be delivered on Sundays. Orders from Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain will be delivered on Wednesdays and orders from Al Ain and Fujairah will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays.

We do not issue refunds: Customers can claim a store credit within 24 hours. Items collected, must be returned packed and sealed in the original box and not used.
Are the products purchased in store and on your web-store covered under warranty?
Yes, all products come with 1 year manufacturer warranty.
All products with compressors come with 5 years warranty for the compressor.
You can also purchase up to 4 years extended warranty on all our products, except for kitchen accessories.
