Rocky Road Brownies

Rocky Road Brownies
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g cocoa
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 500 g caster sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g digestive biscuits (broken into small pieces)

METHOD:

1. Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan on low heat

2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa and sugar together, then combine with the butter/chocolate mix

3. Mix in eggs, most of the marshmallows and biscuit pieces

4. Pour into lined tin and sprinkle the remaining marshmallows on top

5. Using the ThermaFlow® fan setting, bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes

6. Allow to cool

7. To serve, cut into squares
