Natural Fruit Ice Cream
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 ml fruit juice (peaches, apricots, apples, bananas, citrus fruits, mixed berries and melons)
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • Honey

METHOD:

1. Extract the fruits using a Smeg Juicer

2. Mix extracted juice with whipped cream in the stand mixer ice cream bowl. The icecream will be ready within 20-30 minutes

Tips

  • Add honey to sweeten the juice
  • For a lower calorie version, mix the fruit juice with plain yogurt instead of whipped cream
