Bruschetta
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small bunch basil, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper

METHOD:

1. Toast sourdough bread. Brush with olive oil and garlic

2. Combine 2 tbsp olive oil with tomatoes, basil, onion and garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper

3. Serve toasted bread topped with tomato mixture
