Terms of Delivery

  1. Better Life endeavors to fulfill Customer’s orders as listed in the Order Acceptance by the delivery date as outlined in the table in Annex 1, if no estimate of delivery date is specified, the Better Life endeavors to deliver the products within 48 hours to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Orders from Ajman will be delivered on Sundays. Orders from Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain will be delivered on Wednesdays and orders from   Al Ain & Al Fujairah will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays. 
  2. Better Life will inform Customer if estimated delivery date cannot be met. Better Life shall not be liable to Customer for such for such delays which are out of Better Life’s direct control.

Refund and Return Policy

  1. Customer is only entitled to a refund in form of gift voucher if the product(s) that are returned are in the same condition (unused with unopened package) as received by Customer and if Customers provides original sales invoice and delivery note (if any).


  1. Better Life provides a warranty on all the products (except accessories) from the date of delivery, details of which will be specified in each order confirmation, whereby warranty is excluded for:

    • damages caused directly or indirectly to the products after the delivery, wrong mounting, assembling or usage;
    • parts which have to be replaced on a regular basis or which have a short life cycle (e.g. consumables, bulbs, locks, textile, etc);
    • faults caused by non- cautious treatment, poor maintenance by Customer or by a third party, abnormal use or a use of the products contrary to the instructions of the manufacturer.

  2. Any warranty is terminated if the products have been repaired by a non-affiliated third party, use of non- genuine (spare) parts for the repair or if the products are resold.

    • Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, Better Life we will repair or replace such defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, Better Life will refund of the price paid for the products (except for delivery, shipping and other charges). Refunds will be credited to Customer’s original method of payment.
