INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsn honey
  • 2 tbsn peanut butter
  • 1 tbsn white chia seeds
  • 2 tbsn vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup baby spinach leaves

METHOD:

1. Place all ingredients in a Smeg blender, select the smoothie setting and blend until smooth
