Smoked Salmon Pate
30 Minutes Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 225 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml double cream
  • ½ lemon, juice
  • 10 capers
  • Black pepper

METHOD:

1. With the ‘S’ blade attached, place all ingredients into the food processor

2. Blitz on a slow speed, until the desired consistency is reached. For a lighter pate, add extra lemon juice

3. Garnish with capers and cracked black pepper
